a note on fonts

Fonts used for the fieldguide should be with open licences and perferablty OTF.

installing/updating fonts on Debian

  • cp fonts/* /usr/local/share/fonts
  • sudo chmod -R 777 /usr/local/share/fonts
  • fc-cache -fv
