email potential authors mentioned in (and tracked in )

contributor contacted? response?
scott smith yes yes, still thinking about topics
justin pickard yes "Sounds really interesting, and the weird block of time between Christmas and the New Year is usually a good time for me to sit down and get things done. The notion of the fieldguide, and what the 'field' means in this context is something I can imagine wanted to poke at further."
stuart candy yes
anab jain yes "The Field Guide sounds definitely like something we'd be interested in, I'll have a think and chat with Jon about it. Do you have sort of ideas of what we might be able to contribute? We are in India for a project and then dive into a deadline early next year, so I think it probably will have to be something we already have, rather then new material. Would that be ok?"
Hrund Gunnsteinsdottir yes
Warren Ellis yes "Let me think about this. I just finished a book, I'm heading into several big jobs, and early next year seems awfully close..."

(assuming articles from FoAM, Time's Up, possible some 'Futurish' authors)

further response from scott;

"When I was ambitious, I had been considering writing about the (slow) death of 2x2 scenarios and value of combinatorial futures processes [...] Hopefully I will be able to draft something this weekend. I’m trapped in something of a business LARP at the moment, with eager people being eager to fill my time to the hilt."

"Thanks for the nudge, this is my sheepish face responding, havent had the chance to think about it. Could you remind me once again, what is your hard deadline? If its after 1st April that would be a huge relief... "
