DESCRIPTION::
Keeps elements in an order and allows to put them at arbitrary slots
without having to allocate a large array.

note::
link::#-put:: and link::#-at:: are slower than in link::Classes/IdentityDictionary:: / link::Classes/PriorityQueue::, link::#-do:: is faster.
